The food was not especially good, which is frustrating because it’s very expensive. The ribeye had a nice crust but was slimy on the inside, with the fat not rendered nicely. Maybe the cooking method used is only suited for leaner cuts. If I’d ordered it medium/well it might have been better. Asparagus was slightly overcooked and tasted of fire/smoke, not of the vegetable itself.
