A cashier got really upset that I stood there without bagging my groceries and it was not busy at all. I know the same cashier looked upset last time when I was standing in front of cashier as well but I just assumed she was having a bad day. This time she gave my reusable bags to my old mom and told her to bag our groceries. I didn’t think it was right at all. I’ve never had any stores including other Hmart stores in USA get upset over not bagging our groceries. It is a part of cashier’s job. I’m hoping that they buy groceries in other stores and see how it works or just google it. If it is a store policy, then notify customers in front of cashiers to reduce this type of ridiculous nonsense tension.
