Serving ramen before the ramen craze started. Service is very good and servers are attentive. Ramen is great but not exceptional. price point to taste just right. Lots of items to choose from.

Every dish was excellent from start to finish. Special mentions: crab starters, Japanese scallops, sea prawn, and santol dessert. What I would like to see is more grilling and local items on the menu. Thailand is blessed with so much quality produce, and it would be good to highlight those to raise awareness about different regions.

Service is great, and the chefs took time to explain each dish. Wine pairing service was lackluster as the lady did not explain the wine as it was being placed beside us.

A michelin star is deserved if those small details are addressed.
