Super funky, colorful clothes. Not a typical fast fashion store. Good quality, mostly cotton and other solid fabrics, in a fashion landscape dominated by cheap synthetics. The woman who helped me was super friendly and I walked away with a very fun pair of pants at a fair price. :)
Great variety for a smaller grocery store. Lots of funky Asian snacks (Ube popsicles, fish flavored chips, daikon radishes, etc). Prices are steep, but that’s expected for LIC. Hot food section is pretty good for a quick bite. Cashier was kinda rude. Girl was on her phone (ok, fine) and didn’t give me the time of day for a simple “hello.” Had to ask for a fork twice after I realized she didn’t give me one when I first checked out. Bc
Food quality is hit or miss at best. Bought bread that expired a day after and was already molding. See pics of the tomatoes. Be careful buying from here.
Classy restaurant tucked beneath the railway, a peaceful place to sit and watch the world go by. The food prices reflect the high quality of ingredients and large portion sizes. I opted for the pesto, which was topped with fresh arugula and easily enough to feed me twice. If you are visiting the neighborhood it is a must
