Cheap and crowded. You can't find brands here but for casual shopping it's good. I don't recommend grabbing food there. But there are some take away coffee shop in -1 floor that actually give you good quality coffee and homemade cakes

One of the best Kababi in Tehran. It's a expensive restaurant but they serve very high quality Kebabs here. Most of the time its crowded. They have delivery too. Remember they only serve kebabs with bread and you can not order rice. Don't forget to order Dough with your Kebab

It's a modern mall in a very old neighborhood, you can find almost every original branded clothes you want, more Turkish brand like LC wikiki and Defacto. It has a smoking room at food-court floor. Good restaurants in food court, almost every food you can find, burger, pizza, salad, kebab and international food.
Good cafe at first floor and a very big hyper market at -1. It has a big parking lot, and a metro station nearby.
