I'm giving Cafe Chai 3 stars, only because of its limited menu items. When we arrived at this place, they had just reopened it after being closed by the morality police for no reason. They only had coffee and cakes at the time, but based on what they said their menu was comprehensive and they felt sorry for their lack of resources.
The place has a beautiful yard and it is cozy to its real meaning. a cute cat was jumping from this side to the other one, creating a lovely environment. I believe their warming facilities was acceptable (I was here in the middle of autumn) and their behavior really were welcoming. if you in downtown Tehran, this place would a good one to have breakfast and brunch.

This place is a big store that has all kinds of stuff to buy. From groceries to fruits to clothes. Almost everything is gathered in one place at Hyperme. It has a dedicated parking lot and good access to subway.
