Absolutely beautiful service received from yr ladies at Shoe city CC thank you so much-

Lovely atmosphere- windows were all open nice and cool inside- quality of food really really! poor- food types seems very monotonous- dried out vegetables, sushi looks like it's been standing all day, servers looks like they have had a long day, so they not very friendly at all with bad attitudes- meal quality not worthy of price-the prawns were so tough it was a battle to get it out the shell, the sauce however was tasty- the waiter collecting used plates from table was good he made sure the table was tidy at all times 👍- meals R280 per person for buffet on weekends & R260 on week days-we were a party of four and suffered badly with upset stomach from the bad prawns 😰😰😰🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The service is so poor at this place - they take forever to prepare your meal and once it's brought to you the meal is cold! 😨 A not so friendly or clean type of waiter brings your meal then you still have to request for cutlery as well 😏..... And what sad looking cutlery😞 hey guess what not even a simple place mat or a serviette is offered 😳😳 😳 was I stunned!!!.... Hey wait for it they have a sit down place and guess what they dnt offer you a place to wash your hands or a toilet facility 😳😳😳😳!!!! How mean can that be???!!!! But listen to this both my partner and I we ordered our meals together his meal was delivered almost 10min later and not served as he had requested!.... Chips on the side and not on top on sandwich 😞😞😞 he sent it back then another 5min later the same sandwich is returned with a few chips in a plate😞 yep can u guess?!!.... His entire meal was cold😭😭😭😭 a masala steak sandwich full house bread burnt one side and steak partially spread 😩😩😩😰😰😰😰 the staff shouts at each other through the patron area 😲😲😲..... This place definitely will not be seeing us ever again 😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭 it seems like the owners of this establishment enjoys making money but not spending money to improve clientele 😰😰😰😰😰😰
