High end reputation and A List attendance at receptions can get you a $B business even with crass acknowledgement of greed as a driver. However.....average execution of print making with derivative images done better and cheaper decades ago should warn about the risk of severe overpricing with no proven sustained demand at the list price.
Wonderful people devoted for over 50 years to helping many with basic needs in the community, aided by a core volunteer network.
Won't you consider looking at their many programs for some way you can also decide to help them, or any of the 100 other non-profits they connect with?
Mentoring, tutoring, hands on projects at your time and day (they teach if skills are involved). And of course, donate to any of the programs which appeal to you. ALSO for many singles, or couples, nice way to give back and meet other like minded neighbors.

Well intentioned and useful for open studio tour but suffers from 2 major defects. Quality and prices are very wide selection as are the mediums and styles of many artists screened for mostly below market rents. All serious about careers. But but but, to give my very seasoned opinion as a pro gallerist and publisher for 40 years.....1. Get serious quality curators to select better admissions and not sure if friendships are involved in allocating studios in central location by Port Authority. 2. You need a serious board reawakening as not for profit when you allow an artist to rent long term who hits it big earning huge income and can afford to give way to emerging or aspiring artists needing the subsidy. If the board allows this gross inequity and you take advantage like rent control for the wealthy... What does it says about you?
Nice courts frequent use. Good parking, restrooms, spectator stands on main court. Easy access off highways. Bonus after stop at White Manna for best burgers or Jerry's Gourmet not far away. Bring water. No shade.
Gorgeous new space with limitations for the exhibits?
Saw the recent African exhibit and can write a full critique of the issues and limitations of any academic gallery catering to its student needs as their purpose. Endemic limits are inexperienced staff and student required curation meaning well but here flawed IMHO which maybe better top admin is responsible for. Revolving heads and turmoil of the art department may contribute to the issues I saw in the selection and even connection of subject etc plus allowance of commercial interests to be given reliance and publicity. I will not go further with details but at least put the darn exhibit catalogue online?
