The fact that they closed their bathrooms because (as told by a store owner) homeless people were attacking people is ridiculous. 33 weeks pregnant and can’t use a bathroom there while shopping? What’s the point in the security that’s walking around then? Give the store owners a key they can give to paying customers then. Pathetic excuse of a mall if you can’t even have washrooms.

Issues started before we even checked in. Tried to talk to the front desk and they said they couldn’t help. Called a manager and left a message and never heard back. Was told it was dealt with but the issue is still there. When we booked we were not told the indoor pool was closed so there was only 1 outdoor pool for the entire resort. Extremely busy because of this. Rooms were decent, bathrooms very small. Ac doesn’t allow user to control it, there’s a lock on it and being pregnant 70 degrees is still too hot. Best part is the location because it’s close to Collingwood downtown and blue mountain.
