I strongly suggest "loghme" which is very delicious and especial, served with rice and local butter. a bit crowded on holidays (you might have to wait in line) but it's absolutely worth the wait!

A very tasty food.
Rightfully famous for "gardan" (lamb neck) and muscle.
They serve from 12:00-15:00 and they usually run out of muscle very soon (it's very popular)
Ask for "ab piaz" with your food. it's the juice the muscle is cooked in and very delicious to pour over your rice.
