Girl works at the front desk was horrible. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! I simply ask for business name and person I was looking for, she was busy playing her phone and she says she has no idea. after few minutes, I found the business I was looking for then I did my install on network., then we need it her to call and enable network port, she said she need ip address from my device. I told her that port is not enabled I cannot get an Ip address id it is not active. her response was " is you know so much why don't you plug that in? " I told her again that port is not active. she make few calls and made us wait. eventually IT support turn on the port and it worked. I was there Fri 2/7/2020 1:45 PM
