I have done Fitfresh on multiple occasions and the first time I lost 42 lbs by doing 2-3 meal per day, 7 day a week plans intermittently. The breakfast is the best meal in my opinion and they give you a delicious protein sauce. The food quality can be hit or miss because of the nature of reheated meals but they are very responsive to customer inquiries. Definitely a better deal if you are on one of the 2+ meal per day subscription plans.
