We typically order cakes from various shops, and I had never heard of this restaurant before. However, a colleague recommended it, so we decided to try the mango mousse cake, and it was incredibly delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. Unfortunately, our experience with the Pistaberry cake was disappointing as it lacked flavor. But I highly recommend giving the mango mousse cake a try. Giving 5 star only and only for the Mango Mousse Cake
Lake View Restaurant
2023 Oct 23
In Sharjah, we found ourselves really hungry and looking for a budget-friendly restaurant. Unfortunately, some of the restaurants we tried were marked as open on the map but were closed when we arrived. Eventually, we settled for the Lake View restaurant, which ironically had no view of the lake. We ordered mutton chicken biryani, chicken lollypop, khatti dal, aloo tikki chaat, matar paneer, and chapati, but none of them impressed us; they were just okay. Additionally, the restaurant had limited seating, and the chairs weren't comfortable.
Khwab

We dined at Khwab in DSO, and the food was delightful. We tried the pani puri, which was alright, but the vada pav was quite good. The highlight was the Shahi Mutton Thali, with tender and juicy mutton. The availability of chai added to my happiness. Overall, the experience was positive, with cleanliness and good service. Despite reading reviews mentioning delays in food service, we were pleasantly surprised to receive our fresh and hot food within 20 minutes. One charming aspect was the playing of classic 80’s & 90’s Bollywood songs, creating a homely atmosphere.
Oasis Mall

During my visit to Oasis Mall on Zayed Road, I was impressed by the vast parking space and the diverse shopping experience it offered. From high-end international fashion and design to open markets with affordable clothes, perfume, and home decor, the mall catered to all needs. It had a great selection of shops, ranging from fashion and beauty products to electronics, books, and traditional gifts. The presence of numerous cafes and restaurants provided a perfect opportunity to grab a quick snack or drink after a day of shopping.

However, the food court area was a bit noisy, which could be improved to create a more serene dining atmosphere. Nevertheless, overall, my experience at Oasis Mall was delightful, and I appreciated the diverse offerings and convenient amenities available.
I had a fabulous experience at Malabar Express while dining in. However, when I decided to order instead, the veg meal was perfect with generous portions. It included Mota rice, 2 curries, 2 sabjis, Paysum, pickle, Dry chutney, Beetroot yogurt salad & Papadam. The only disappointment was the uncooked masala in the king fish I ordered. If you enjoy Kerala mota set, it's definitely a must-visit place.
