Wonder around this area with my friend and we decided to check Kare Thai out. The restaurant is small, good for a group of 4 or less. The hostess was really sweet and was attentive to us. For appetizer we did the popcorn shrimp and the dumplings. The dumplings were really good, the popcorn shrimp was good as well, but I felt like it should've had a bit lesser breading. For entree I had the Duck Noodle Soup and it was amazing. The duck and noodles were delicious as well as the broth. It was smooth and not salty. I definitely would recommend this soup. Overall, great food and experience, a small hidden gem away from the nearby touristy area. I also highly recommend the thai ice tea.

Did a stop here after a long day of walking and riding at Governor's Island. I got a pork burrito and it was delicious as well as the chip and guac. Both were fresh! I got the watermelon marg and it was a refreshing way to end the day. This place is right next to the ferry that takes you to lower Manhattan and the seating gives you a nice view of the city skyline.

I came here with a group of people and the hostess (who might have been the owner?) was super friendly! A bunch of us got tacos and it was so delicious. It was authentic, well-built, and tasty in every bit. We also got horchatas. Highly recommend if you are looking for great Mexican food near the area!

Service is a bit slow, but my to-go place for steam dumplings, the best one in the area!

Came to this place since I was craving sushi with some friends. Everything from the appetizers to the sushi was delicious, I want to go back to try more menu items! I really loved the atmosphere, is perfect for any date.
