If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever. They did not pay attention to hearing out what I would like and therefore could not deliver what I wanted but the lady put the blame on me and was very fierce. Staff were careless and rough, cause my finger to bleed. Only one staff could speak English which is fine but everytime her colleagues need her help to translate in English, she rolls her eyes and replied in displeasure and looked inconvenienced. She also rushed me to set my nails before I can make a decision on the design and nonchalantly told me it is too late for making any changes. No apologies throughout for all their multiple mistakes. I will NEVER return for such a bad service. I did not pay so much to feel so horrible throughout the whole process. I normally don’t write bad reviews but only writing to share and help others out there be aware and to avoid having the same experience as me. It was a mistake to pick them to do my nails for an important event.
