The Founders Monument, created by Laredo artist Armando Hinojosa, represents the four founding communities of San Antonio: American Indians, Franciscan friars, Presidio soldiers, and Canary Islanders.

Neungrado‘s Pyongyang Naengmyeon is a clear naengmyeon broth with buckwheat noodles and, as a topping, boiled pork, scrambled eggs, pickled radish, and pickled cucumber.
The noodles did not have a strong buckwheat flavor, but the buckwheat flavor was distinct and went well with the broth.

In Southern California, it doesn't snow even in winter, so you can't feel the Christmas atmosphere even during the Christmas season, but if you come to South Coast Plaza, there is a large Christmas tree and the interior is well decorated with Christmas decorations, so it's nice to feel the Christmas atmosphere here.
