From start to finish they have been a pleasure to work with. Sam was my account manager. He was friendly, approachable and clearly understood the website that I was after. Sam and the Team at Web Social created an impressive website that's Brilliant, user friendly, fast to load and works well. Without a doubt ticks all the boxes.
Throughout the project nothing was too much trouble. Sam displayed great patience and carried out all my requests and offered ideas of which were incorporated into the website. Sam and the team were professional, creative, helpful and very knowledgeable. Their communication throughout the project was Excellent as they answered all of my questions promptly in a jargon free manner, dealt with any changes efficiently and kept me informed. In regards to cost I definitely got value for money.
I am very pleased with the outcome as they have exceeded my expectations as well as the first class service I have received throughout which has made the whole process 100% stress free. Even when it came to payment of the website Sam made the whole process easy.
