I loved it here. Amazing nature with so much life. Great trails, holocaust memorial museum and garden , abandoned green house, and sand beach, field, etc. Highly recommend.
So many rabbits, butterflies, chipmunks, birds, etc. Overall very nice trails and a beautiful, small pebble beach overlooking the LI Sound near the trail. Welwyn Preserve is truly a gem.

One star out because their was no restroom available... and i searched. There should be public restrooms here... the Only restroom I saw is for the holocaust memorial building visitors.

Great ambience and atmosphere. Beautiful restaurant that makes you feel like you're in a wine cellar. Romantic vibes. Inside and outside dining avaliable.
The waitress was great and very informative. Attentive staff.
Loved the watermelon salad. Loved the Cacho E Pepe.
I wasn't a fan of the espresso martini, the risotto was alright, no my favorite either.

Reservation recommended. Overall Highly recommend.

There's an entrance fee to come here (paid $15 per vehicle). Great place to come and enjoy serenity with beautiful gardens, nature, beach, marina and a castle alongside. Different trails available. There's picnic areas, dog park, & a children's playground.
The Museum exhibits fossils and traces of dinosaurs which had inhabited the area.
It's nice to come here either alone or with anyone you please (partner, family, pet, etc).
Restrooms available that are clean. Tours available. Gift shop available.
Place closes at 7pm. Wish it was longer so you can enjoy watching the sunset over the marina...

Very nice park. Loved it here. Park closes at dusk. It has a beach, playground, hills, picnik tables, beautiful trees and so much nature and life here. There's a marina, great view of the boats & sunset. Many people are fishing here. There's a Volleyball court. Great clean and public bathrooms. There's a parking lot (it says it's for residents only though).
Great scenic views from anywhere here. There's a nice place for scenic photography. Very underrated park in Long Island, but so highly recommend.

Loved it here. So nice and relaxing. Enjoyed bike riding here and then taking a stroll. Bathroom here was very clean and spacious. Found at the far east end of the boardwalk it offers a more relaxed vibe than the center and west side of the boardwalk. Highly recommend.
