Cute cozy restaurant. Interior design is nice, especially the hidden bathroom within the wall. 🦋Looks like a local spot.

So where do I start?
🦋The place is beautiful, no question about it. Great atmosphere & ambience. When you come out of elevators you see photography all over, then you’re lad into a nice indoor and outside terrace. It’s beautiful. You can come out and look at the view outside as well.
🦋we came here specifically for brunch. But brunch is served only on weekends , so we were pretty disappointed, but still decided to stay and have lunch …
🦋 ordered cappuccinos to start by another waiter than ours
Found out later when we got the bill: apparently it’s 10 each…. Never heard of that…ever, I understand a special coffee drink or something special…but a Regular cappuccino….
🦋 the menu was very very basic & with a high price tag.
🦋 the waiter was serving the other table where he dropped a plate & the plate splattered all over my feet. Yes he apologized and cleaned up…but it made me get very tense.
🦋 after this incident, we decided we just wanted to drink & leave & have brunch someplace else. when me and my partner were trying to enjoy our drinks, another staff member comes and aggressively starts cleaning up our plates & utensils right under me…beyond disrespectful …

Overall place looks very nice. But beyond disgusted by my experience here.

So I’ve been here a few times for many shows. I just recently came here on Wednesday for “Some like it Hot” which was phenomenal, Highly Recommend! Great performance.
🦋 theater is very nice.
Problem:
🦋The seats in the back of the mezzanine have a very obstructed view - the balcony above obstructs the top third of the stage. Avoid this area.
🦋 staff were very aggressive. Not to me, but in general. With the way they were handling the people during intermission and the flashlights.
🦋 bathrooms were downstairs & very disorganized and again aggressive with the staff (not good for the elderly & the handicapped).

Loved it here! Phenomenal garden with so much history and life. Great information throughout the place.
