If I could do 0 stars I would have! the ticket buying part was easy, but once through the ticket gate it’s a big crowd of close to 300 people.. all pushing to get through a small gate to board the ferry,, in scorching sun.. no shade.. there’s pushing and shoving. absolute horror when you have little kids. No queue system. Half my group was left behind and half boarded.. and then we waited at the island for them to join us 40 mins later.. horrible! Can’t believe this was the case in Canada.. expected better. Never going back.
