Terrible experience. I bought 6 items, total of $606.23. When i got home i realized they had left an item out of my bag. I called them about this and they said they would get back to me the next day after they do an investigation. After a week i got no call back. I had to call them and they said that they sent me an email that didnt go through. Uhhh okay? You didnt try calling me like you said you would? You have my email and phone number on file. Now i have to go in myself for the refund. I understand mistakes happen, but i was one of the only customers in the store, they took forever to bag my items, employees were chit chatting amongst themselves the whole time while bagging my items, and then the way they handled this is ridiculous. I spent over $600 at this store and this is how i am treated. I am never shopping at this store again. Honestly infuriating since i bought the clothing(wasnt cheap) for a special occasion, and now i have to go back to the store myself just for a refund and a small discount on a next purchase. The assistance i got before paying for the clothing was great, but the experience after that completely ruined it. This could have been handled in a much more professional manner.
