Last week, I made a purchase of earrings and necklace. However, when I went to the store today to have the color changed, I had a rather unpleasant experience with the lady who assisted me. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated, as if I was being treated unfairly due to my race. This feeling was further intensified when I observed her treating other customers in varying manners.
