I am appalled by some of these comments I have been cared for by this surgery for over 40 years and have had my fair share of medical issues. I can only say that they have always done their best and people should realise that there are many people having really excellent service. Especially from people like Sue and the manager, and doctor Napori . All I can say is a big thank you for all you do for us as patients and ask other people to understand what a good service we get, especially under difficult circumstances.
