One of the fraud exclusive showroom centre in chennai. I won't suggest this service centre for anybody. Particularly, the sales person Vijay who is here to cheat the customer.
I bought my phone and noticed charger port is not working. The showroom person requested us to take phone to service centre. But it was pretty surprise how he asked us to go to service centre even though it was new piece. He told us that once the mobile phone problem was identified they will be replacing with new one. But scenario was different at service centre. I gave review separately for that service centre, velachery. This Kinde of persons are there to cheat common persons like us. Please beware of them. Please avoid this service centre @ Pheonix mall.
@MI officials please take necessary action otherwise you will be losing your customer day by day.
