I like their "Peanut Crunch" (pictured), found in the nuts by-the-pound section on the lower level, in a near the middle of the floor aisle. It is very tasty and best enjoyed in small bites. I can also recommend that you try their mixed nuts offering found in one bin, in the by-the-pound section, that includes cashews, almonds, and Brazil nuts.
I like their fresh Gaspe Nova Smoked Salmon, offered thinly sliced by the pound. I usually get a quarter pound of it for $11 dollars. It is offered in the back of the supermarket, on the ground level.

I had what they list as butterflied trout (trota al limone), $42.00 plus tax, at lunch. It had no taste, and the sauce underneath it, which was said to be made up of butter, lemon, and wine, had virtually no taste. The back of the restaurant is very attractive, see my photograph.

I started off Ash Reshteh soup ($13) which is a traditional Persian noodle soup with greens, chickpeas and kidney beans, topped with kashk (a type of onion). I found that it had little taste except for the slivered onion on top. For my main course I had the lamb shank ($34), which was simmered with herbs and garlic, served with what they call green rice (pictured), which had a different and pleasing taste. I went to this restaurant after I found that this restaurant was listed on Google as having one of the best lamb shanks in the city, I agree, it was very flavorful.

For my main course I had the Branzino ($32) served over a bed of spinach. I have had Branzino far better elsewhere, here it had little to no flavor, which was not the case most often elsewhere, if not all the time elsewhere. As a side dish I had the eggplant served with tomato sauce. The eggplant had no flavor, apparently due to overcooking. I sent it back and ordered the "crispy Brussels sprouts." I learned after the order was placed that the sprouts were lightly fried and then cooked in a pan. Little of its natural flavor was recognizable. The photo I submitted here was taken at about 6 p.m., when few people were dining, which was not the case when I left.

The front of this restaurant has a very pleasant and relaxing appearance (see my photo). I was made aware that head chefs, generally speaking, are often off on Sundays and Mondays at many restaurants. After reading the reviews on this sight about the onion soup here, I had to try it this Monday, despite my stated knowledge about off days. The onion soup had virtually no onion taste, I sent it back. I ordered the lamb shank ($43) as my main course. It was very large but had a lot of fat that I cut off easily. It came with a nice tasting brown sauce and a choice of risotto or mashed potatoes. The lamb shank was tender and had a nice taste.
