The Gate of Honor of the Palace of Versailles is the gate that separates the parade ground from the Square of Honor. The Golden Gate of Honor is magnificent, completely covered in gold. The early morning light makes it shine. It is wonderful to watch and enjoy this golden magic.
Place de la Bastille is a square in Paris, a symbolic place of the French Revolution, where the old Bastille citadel was destroyed.
In the middle of the square is the July Column. This column is not linked to the French Revolution of 1789, but rather to the revolution of 1830 that took place over three days, known as the “Three Glorious Days.” This revolutionary episode led to the fall of the Restoration regime, the establishment of the July Monarchy, the dismissal of King Charles His cousin, King Louis Philippe I.
This column is therefore a monument in honor of the Parisian Rebellion which has not changed much since one member of the royal family succeeded another member of the royal family.
This monument, erected in a revolutionary place, is a revolutionary symbol that carries the message of freedom, and an angel is placed at its top called the “Angel of Freedom.”

A museum that enables you to trace the evolution of man and the animal kingdom and their impact on our planet.
It is rich in information and specimens that can be discovered, and it left us speechless because of its beauty and the abundance of things that can be seen and discovered, fossils, dinosaur skeletons, and creatures that you would not believe lived millions of years ago on the planet.
I highly recommend this museum to those who want to discover and learn where we come from!

This work is located in the Jardin du Luxembourg in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, in the Illustrious Women sector, and was created in 1846 by the artist Jean-Baptiste Joseph Debye.
It represents Anne of Brittany, wife of Charles VII. Unfortunately, during my visit, its condition was not the best, as mold clearly appeared on the statue.

White marble statue of George Sand (1804-1876) by François Sicard (1862-1934), member of the Académie des Beaux-Arts.
