Very old shopping center. It had some business and a Catholic church. I used to visit only Azucarillo Restaurant beside the Church. This restaurant had excellent menu and prices.
We were walking around Chueca with a local friend and passes through the square. It was crowded with young and older people. There's no difference.
It has a cosmopolitan ambience.
Many bars and restaurants.
Plaza de Chueca is the centre of the Chueca barrio. In the middle of the square is the metro stop (Chueca, L5), so it's a popular meeting point as well.
