There's a lot of good vegan options in this neighborhood, but this is definitely worth a trip. The Mac & cheese balls were really delicious, maybe the best of that kind of dish I've had. The fried oyster mushroom sandwich was also good, though it could have maybe used some more veggies. My partner loved her risotto. We also got dessert and the cheesecake was great. The service was slightly slow - it was Friday evening - but really friendly. Prices are typical for the Village. They had wine and beer but those prices were really very high. They had a great tea selection with nice presentation.

One unexpected benefit was some really lovely live music, which they have several times per week.

The bread from this place is pricey but very good, probably the best I've found on the Upper West Side. I especially like their seedy sourdough. They also have quality coffee. However, knocking off a star because they discontinued their vegan cookies and now have no vegan pastries. Disappointing.

Great patio for sunny days. Very dog friendly! Great tap beer selection and reasonably priced cocktails. Several vegan food options including the mushroom sandwich which I really enjoyed. Service was friendly and pretty efficient even on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Good beer selection, good vibe, and best of all, dog friendly! Small place but they use the space well. You can get food ordered from the Caledonian next door.

Very rude service. Paid for a shipping label online but didn't have a printer. The woman wanted to make me pay not only to print the label but even for the time on the computer to print it! And remember this is for a package I'm paying ups to ship. Just go to Staples - they can do all of the same services and much more and are way friendlier.
