The entire Lash Lounge staff is welcoming, accommodating, and friendly…but, *breathes in* Jenna is absolutely amazing. She is SO kind and sweet. I felt like I knew her for years. She made me feel so comfortable and so loved; and she did an absolutely incredible job on my lashes. I got my first lash lift and my first time threading my eyebrows. Jenna explained every step and was so patient throughout the whole process. She kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. We had genuine conversations and shared laughs together and like, that’s a really special thing these days. Jenna, if you read this, just know your special soul made an imprint on mine, and your lash and eyebrow work are phenomenal and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Lash Lounge ROC!!
