Please DO NOT go to this store for a cat hair cut. We took our cat there for the first time to get a lion hair cut and before going we asked if they can deal with difficult cats and the answer was Oh yes! We were charged $80 dollars for a hair cut that was supposed to take 40 minutes we were called after 10 minutes to come pick up the cat with an unfinished cut ( they gave us a $20 dollars discount from the $100) but the cut is so ugly, unfinished, unprofessionally done. The legs, the back (between the legs) and almost half of the back were untouched … we went back after 3 weeks to finish the job and the lady handed me the cut and said that they can’t do anything and she mentioned that they gave me a discount. I don’t want a discount, i want a proper cut or I prefer they did not touch my cat the first day . I wish they have told me from the beginning that they can’t deal with difficult animals and that the cat may need to be medicated and let me decide if I want to give it a try or not. I will post pictures and let you judge.
I feel sorry for giving the store one star because the owner has always been very nice to us and we loved going there but I am really unsatisfied with the poor service I received and the way I have been treated when I came back. Sorry store owner!
