At first, I had a great time with Study First. They used to hold events for International students to gather together. However, I'm concerned about the agent's lack of responses , and that he only contacts people as he pleases. I told him not to call me on a certain day because I had exams at the time, and then he called me anyway and I had to leave the exam room to pick up my phone. I got in trouble with my lecturer because of that. I wish I heard him say "You're in the middle of an exam?? I'm so sorry!! Can I call you back later?" Even when I already told him what happened. I felt afraid to excuse myself from the phonecall because I already had been waiting for him to contact me, and if I hung up on him, he may never call me another time. That was my fear.
Secondly, the sad news is my visa was rejected on the grounds that I had not enough funds in my savings to continue my studies. I wish the agent told me what to provide beforehand, so I wouldn't send the wrong documents. Then, my visa would have been approved without further appeal. I admit I have renewed my visa several times, but I don't have much experience that's why I used Study First as an agent.
I can thoroughly thank this agent for helping me lodge an appeal without expecting me to pay extra fees for his work. Thank you for that. That was nice of Study First to do.
However, I don't thank him for calling me on my exam day (when I already specified him not to) and for this overall traumatic experience. I hope they learn from their mistakes and it won't happen to anyone else.

Chris and Alan were my tour guides. I got my first kiss with a dingo here (see photos) and a great cuddle session with an emu bird. I really love these animals, they don't look like they've been from the wild at all! So safe to touch, and they also love you back. Also, this place is far away from my home maybe like 1-2 hours away. It was great that Alan gave me a lift to the train station when my Uber ride cancelled on me. Be prepared to bring physical money - card or cash. The problem is there is not much signal so you can't pay with your phone. This place is worth going to! 5/5 for the hospitality and tamed animals.
