I booked SCPP & PZ for a respite centre visit and it was probably the most fulfilling thing I have done in a long time!
Covid at the centre caused some issues but Belinda was understanding and in the end the experience happened.
To see the joy on the residents (and staff) faces as they were introduced to the pets and pony was special and the girls that came with the animals just made sure everybody was included - which just spread a wave of happiness.
A morale booster like no other for everyone!
From start to finish I can honestly say customer service and satisfaction met every expectation and I am very grateful.
Money well spent - I have no hesitation in recommending them. to you.
