While the food was amazing, the customer experience was really bad. The waiter never checked on us even when the food took a while, which is understandable for a Friday night though the restaurant was too busy. What’s worst is that the waiter charged us more in tip than what we authorized. This is a very sneaky and unprofessional way to deal business. Tip is a reflection of service and while his service was terrible, by him stealing from customers is unacceptable.
