I was nit sure if I should visit the museum because it's much more student-like place than tourist, but I enjoyed it very much. Chronological order of pieces and the pieces themselves were for sure worthy and exciting. There were contemporary art as well, which is great. And it even had small installations of the museum's history which is for sure interesting to know and not dull at all

It was one of the best mine experiences in Istanbul - cause the city is for sure art-friendly place. The exhibitions were great and really important, because in my history major I've seen the pieces only on Google pictures and to see them in real life is worth every coin and minute spent
