Just tried to return/ exchange a pair of shoes bought less than 1 week ago. The poor girl at the registercouldn’t figure it out. At one time she tried paying me more than what I paid, then called the owner who said she was busy. Next called another manager had to call her back to Snapchat live. This process went on for 30 minutes. I ended up leaving my receipt the shoes, and my phone number. The manager is supposed to be in later to call me.
update: A manager called after this post advising that they would return the shoes. I did have to go back into the store which was what I was trying to avoid. Perhaps their credit card system needs updating? They offered a $10 gift card for the trouble which was appreciated.
