Delicious and good-looking dishes. Nice environment. Service is a little confusing at the beginning that we had to help ourselves with seating and grabbing menus, starting from ordering service is great.

I bought a dress online and received a damaged item. I came to this store asking for an exchange, as their website said online orders can be exchanged in-store. The store told me the process is to refund the original item and repurchase it. I had to pay extra due to the tax difference and they told me to call customer service for a refund. But when I called the customer service, they told me I should have done an exchange which simply changed the item without any money transactions, and they didn't do a price match for a repurchase. I feel cheated and had to pay extra to exchange a damaged item.

It's old school in both good and bad ways.

Good:
The decorations are marvelous (see pics).

Bad:
- Only one standard EU power outlets if you don't unplug lamps. Three if you unplug lamps. The rests are all old Italian style with smaller holes. And all the power outlets are so close to the floor that we have to put devices on the ground.
- The shower head is so old that the water goes in many different directions.
- Wifi is too weak to be connected
- Poor soundproof. Our room faces the grand canal and we can hear sounds from the ferry, people yelling, etc.

Everything else is good. Nice room, great view, convenient location.

Service is good too. I expect someone to collect our luggage at the front door for a 5-star hotel but it didn't happen. Maybe it's just an Italian tradition so I won't complain about it.
