I usually like the food here and we have ordered from Hana about 10 times in the past. I called to order takeaway yesterday evening and the woman who took my order was so rude! She kept barking at me over the phone and shouting which was really odd, saying she can't take details over the phone and I must visit with chip and pin. This then changed when I queried it and she said 'need billing address OK?!' I said yes that's not a problem why didn't you say so, she continued to be rude and practically hung up on me. Just awful customer service, I mean it's always pretty bad but this was something else! We would never order from here again just out of principle, you don't want my business and money, fine I'll go elsewhere!! Sort out your customer service and how you treat customers for goodness sake!!!
