Henry Vu

Probably one of the best restaurants in town for fresh sashimi. Had otoro and chutoro as well as some typical Japanese sashimi (salmon, tuna, squid) and was blown away by the the soft and buttery texture of the otoro/chutoro.
Everything else is delicious (bento, tempura, etc.) and much better than your average Japanese restaurant here.
