Ordered on the mobile app to use an app exclusive offer, and then walked in about 5 mins later. The owner (as he described himself) was in the process of making my sub. There was about 1/2 the amount of turkey that you would normally get on the sub, so I nicely asked him "is that all the turkey i get?", to which he said, "yes, you're using a coupon so you're only paying $9 when this is usually $13, so if you want more meat it's double meat for more money". As you could imagine, i wasn't pleased with this, as i just wanted the normal amount (of which i was being robbed) so I pushed back a little, but he pushed back more. I surrendered as this guy was acting ridiculous.

It resulted in me telling him, i would never return to his location, which pleased him immensely. He then proceeded to tell me that "he never wants to see my in his store again". (but i broke up with you, you can't break up with me). I guess i got banned for asking for what was duly mine.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you NOT COME HERE and instead try one of the (literal) FIVE subway locations within a 4 min radius of this place (i know i will). This "owner" should be banned from owning a subway as he is ruining the image and reputation of an otherwise decent company. Based on the 1 star reviews i am seeing for this place, it seems i am not the only one that has had a this sort of an experience. Subway corporate really needs some quality control, as there is no consistency in their offerings, it's all arbitrary and up to the individual franchisee. Sad really...
