I ordered a smash burger without all of the veggies, only cheese and ketchup. I later found out that they gave me no bun, just an extremely overcooked patty with melted cheese. This is my go to burger order for every restaurant, and this was the first one where I didn’t even have a BUN. I got the food right before my flight and I brought it straight to my gate which was extremely far from the burger place, so I didn’t have time to check my burger or complain. I am in B5 and this place was B26. It may not have seen far, but the walk was 7-10 minutes. I had to eat this burger with a fork and knife.
