When I first started to think about a YouTube channel I found this company. Unfortunately, I was not able to go through with what I originally planned, due to Covid-19. So, while being quarantined, I came up with another YouTube Channel called Granny Gems. This company was able to provide all the services I needed, from production, designing, marketing and even explaining to me the correct way to write a description in detail (I had no idea how important it was). Besides all of the skills, modern technology this company has to offer, the customer service was outstanding. I was able to get all of my questions asked timely, and I am a person who asks a lot of questions. I was given detailed explanations on things I didn't understand, with patience.
