We had never heard of this place, and it was booked because of an "Open Table" suggestion. I'm SO GLAD that it was suggested because YES, we loved it!
Stateside is an absolute GEM. Delicious cocktails, outstanding smaller plates- spicy shrimp being one of the best prawn dishes that I have ever had. Incredible. They were crunchy on the outside and cooked to perfection on the inside. You MUST order this dish! The fresh duck spring rolls were just as fantastic! We then had the Goat Curry as a main and were so glad that we did. It was phenomenal! Consistency of a pulled pork dish, but so much more flavorful and delicious!
I can't wait for another excuse to visit. Make sure you have a reservation as the place filled up VERY fast after opening at 5p. By 5:30, the place was full of groups and couples about to experience something wonderful! Amazing place, and it's definitely a must visit when in Seattle.
