A perfect view of the Niagara Whirlpool. There were quite a few predatory birds flying over the whirlpool as well.

This is a beautiful walking trail with fantastic views for forests, rock formations, and the Niagara River.
Although you can walk your dog down the trail, there are metal grating stairs in a few locations which are not friendly to smaller pawed dogs. I had to carry my dog up and down these stairs (one set of stairs was about 4 stories tall).
There are spots that may be of interest to people who boulder.
Also, please note that a good sense of balance is required in a few sections.
Overall, I would recommend the trail for its views, however, please take caution given the above.
