I did gastroscopy, and now I need to limit caffeine intake, plus I’m lactose intolerance after this age😑.
I still take coffee at least once or twice a day with soy or oat milk, but rest of the day I am taking iced Matcha with plant base milk. It is so good, so refreshing in this hot summer. I love it! My teenager daughter who never interested in Matcha, amazingly now she makes it as morning and afternoon drink. She top up with a scoop of ice cream when hot day.
