I’ve been going to this jackson Hewitt this will be my third year and this year was horrible. I will not be returning back Silva gave me the complete run around told me one thing about the loan then turned around the next day and switched her story had me checking and waiting on a loan when she never put the application in. She also filed my taxes but put violet on my paperwork who wasn’t even there don't know what type of scam is going on Silva was the only one in the office. I was recommended to people to go there but i will no longer nor will I recommend anyone
