The customer service is extremely poor and the young staff clearly need more training. I recently needed to update my billing details and did so before the billing cycle and was assured this would be updated. Then 2 days later I receive an email saying your direct debit failed and you will incur a $7.50 fee! I tried calling no answer so left a voicemail and followed that up with an email and still have received no response. Even when going in there last Friday the guy on the desk couldn’t help me and told me you will just have to wait that other guy who processed the update is back in…
