Very nice service station.
Visited Monday morning on route north and the place looked welcoming, very clean and well sorted.
Decent choice of fast food restaurants (plenty of seating area including outdoors next to little pond and fountain), m&s shop, WH Smith, toilet, showers and even laundry service.
The only niggle is signage which is indeed confusing and need quick sorting.

We needed a quick pitstop in central Richmond while driving through and luckily the parking had a spot. It is VERY busy (and limited in time).
The food options made CAVA stand out as something new to try.
The restaurant is casual and simply styled. The terrace was actually quite nice to enjoy the food.
Food was very tasty and very healthy compared to other fast food options.
Portions could be more generous to get to good value level.
Still, it definitely deserves more branches around as healthy fast food alternative.

Leicester Square, right in the heart of London’s West End, is like a vibrant cultural hub.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Theater and Movies: Imagine a place where theaters and cinemas come alive. Leicester Square is that spot!
If you are lucky to catch premiere night, you may actually get to see your movie stars.
As you stroll through the Square garden, you’ll see cool sculptures honoring famous movies.
Street Performers: Constant flow of street artists playing music or drawing pictures. They add a dash of excitement to the square.
Nearby Gems: Just around the corner, visit the National Gallery (amazing and free art) or explore Chinatown endless eastern food offerings.
Shopping Fun: Lego and M&M are huge favorites for families.
Food Adventures: As the sun sets, food stalls pop up. Grab a quick bite or sit down for a nice meal.
The buzz of people chatting and forks clinking makes it feel alive!
So, when you’re in London, swing by Leicester Square.
It can be too busy but it is always fun.

Large shop with endless items at cheap prices. Multiple large floors packed with products plus Tasty (Greggs) cafe to rest.
Very popular for young adults and bargain hunter crowd and yes, it does mean despite large staffing at tills, you will hit long queues for payment. So maybe avoid at weekends if possible.

Good Italian restaurant.
We were lucky to grab last table on Saturday night. Weather outside was horrid so could not enjoy the scenic location.
Restaurant was packed but not too noisy.
Service was efficient and kitchen was coping well with the load.
Pizza was OK (soft and thin base that go too soggy for the additions). Pasta dishes and steak were all great. +Loved the fried zucchini.
Desert was excellent.
At £135 for four was fair priced for food and drinks.
