A small quiet beach. Many shade structures. Public toilets. A lifeguard and a roped in section for swimming. It's not as beautiful as playa delphines, but it's a relaxing low key and free place to chill and swim. There is a little store a few minutes walk south for you beverage and snacks.
Pros: beautiful, safe shallow water in a beautiful blue. Public bathrooms and shower and lifeguards. Lots of sand to choose from. Not as far as playa defines and there is a bar and ice cream shop for refreshments.
Cons; little to no shade! No public palapas unlike many other public beaches. Bring an umbrella or tent (or a bucketload of sunscreen). Perhaps it is because of the renovations to the hotel next door - I suspect there are normally chairs to rent (I could be wrong), but they were not in service.
