I visited on March 18th to get my laptop bag zipper replaced as it had started opening under slight pressure.
Mr Dan Singh Thakur listened patiently and checked the bag and the zipper . He took some time and handed over the bag rectifying the problem.
He was extremely kind to explain the problem and how it got corrected.
I asked for how much the repair costs and I was surprised that nothing was charged. Mr Thakur requested a revisit for any further purchase committing the best price.
Highly recommend this place for the pure pleasure of being served right.
