My partner from Istanbul has sent me a package which arrived to AFS All freight service GmbH Koeln 3 weeks ago. I have immediately provided all necessary documents and payment for custom´s clearance at the same day.
However from that time nobody answers my emails and nobody picks the phone. Very bad service I do not know what to think about this company.
